On my profile is information about what I do for my Celiac/MS...vitamins/good oils, Celiac diet (no gluten/dairy/soy/sugar), LDN and more. I list cancer information....Celiac help being the most important help and 3-4.5mg of LDN and 6000IU of Vit D3, fish oil 2000mg a day and more. EDTA/DMPS IV chelation may remove heavy metals that hair tests may prove...which them helps the thyroid...raises oxygen in the body...cancer doesn't like high oxygen. My list of vitamins/good oils rebuilt my cells so they would burn oxygen better. I added organic sulfur in hot green tea which helps me detox, which he may enjoy....and Lutein eyes. Best wishes.

Hi, I don't know what he is dying from...but Celiac causes many health issues...cancer/MS/heart disease and more. I'm a former power lifter back in the 1982-1993 and then slowly got away from working out on a regular basis over the years. When I was in the best shape of my life back in 1986-87 I use to power body build and then run sprints as a prelude to my power training. My body fat melted off from me like crazy. Here's how I started. In August 1986 I did a power lifting competition at a body weight of 222 and had a combined lift of 1450 pounds for the squat, bench and dead lift. So after this meet my weight lifting partner and I did a three day a week power body building routine and then we went outside or used the indoor track and ran several sprints. In fact he use to push me from behind to go faster :). By the end of October '86 I was down to 181 pounds and my waste went from 40 inches to 32 inches and I was very lean and had awesome muscle cuts. Over the next several months I dropped my body weight down to 175 with a 29 inch waste and could out run my friend and wife who was an areobics instructor at the time. So my questions to you is, do you think at age 51 I could do strength training three times per week and then do a modified Peak 8 (gradually work to 8 sets) to get back in shape? I'm currently going to the gym 2-3 times per week and really need to lose weight. I think this would be an excellant motivator and I could see if my work out partner would be interested to try it as well. I'll look forward to your thoughts. Sicnerely, Greg PS My left knee has been giving me some trouble so I try not to do any exercises that aggrevates it and find others that work well. Example, thigh extensions will cause a sharp pain but my knees are okay with leg presses which I love anyhow.

Hi Darrin,
