It is one of the finest systems in the world for helping you get organized and clearing your mind . I found out that it's in libraries also and can be downloaded from netlibrary in electronic format.

re: How to Work Less, Achieve More and Be Successful

I need all the help I can get. I -have- a doctorate in comparative religion and developmental
theology, and am an ordained minister with over 25 years on my path...
but because I chose to leave the US for my studies (so that I could
afford to study what I wanted to study), I traded validity for my
degree... as far as the US is concerned, I might as well have not gone
to school after high-school at all.... so now, I'm working at a job
that pays the bills, so I can pay for a doctorate at US school prices,
so I can do pastoral counseling like I wanted to do. I have 6 years
left for my PhD... this is a nice idea, but not practical for folks who
aren't self-employed or are still on the "trying to get there track".
(At 45 years old, I thought I'd be "there" by now.)

re: How to Work Less, Achieve More and Be Successful

Honestly, I don't like the idea of being or sounding like a nay-sayer, but the truth always works the best.

At best, Tim Ferriss' video sounds like hyperbole. Other than that, it is mostly nonsensical and gobbledegook. I find his (Ferriss') statements and claims to be illusory and half-baked. The giggling and laughter don't help either.

Hats off to Dr. M though, his highly informative site has always been sort of a 'bible' for true health enthusiasts. Thanks to his hard work, you can always find cutting-edge health recommendations as his site continually evolves. Thank you, Dr. M!

re: How to Work Less, Achieve More and Be Successful

Interesting, I'll check the book out, but there is an old classic book thats excellent for time management, it's Alan Lakein's book "How To Get Control Of Your Time And Life".
