I do a lot of food intoleranc testing with blood labs with people. I find the most common food intolerances are dairy, eggs, beef, and soy. Now we ask ourselves why are we intolerant? Well, we create it most of the time. Sometimes it is genetic, but it was created by someone at some point or another and pasted on.

When you eat crap foods, conventional foods, gluten containing foods, drink alcohol, take Rx or OTC meds, etc, you create various types of gut dysfunctions (dysbiosis, leaky gut, parasites, bacterial overgrowths, etc). When this happens, food particles slip through when you eat and drink with a meal. The body sees these particles (antigens) as invaders to the body and blood, so the immune system attaches antibodies to them. Then when you eat certain foods again, your body sees them again as antigens and begin having an intolerance.

So what do you do?
1. Get an 90 Antigen Food Intolerance Test done through BioHealth
2. Heal the gut: I can give you my way, but I am sure most on this forum have their own

When a German court ordered Monsanto to make public a controversial 90-day rat study on June 20, 2005, the data upheld claims by prominent scientists who said that animals fed the genetically modified (GM) corn developed extensive health effects in the blood, kidneys and liver and that humans eating the corn might be at risk. The 1,139 page research paper on Monsanto’s “Mon 863” variety also revealed that European regulators accepted the company’s assurances that their corn is safe, in spite of the unscientific and contradictory rationale that was used to dismiss significant problems. In addition, the study is so full of flaws and omissions, critics say it wouldn’t qualify for publication in most journals and yet it is the primary document used to evaluate the health impacts.

"Diabrotica is from a very dangerous family of insects for a wide range of crops and was absent from the European countries until the late 1990s, forbidden even in laboratories because it is very difficult to eliminate it with known chemical insecticides." While listening to Jeff Smith on Coast to Coast radio one night, he also mentioned that it has been discovered the bacteria in the soil are mutating in response to the Bt in Gm corn. Basically--once these genes are spliced in unnatural ways, they are like rogue elements that can contaminate in ways no one can foresee. Thank you Monsanto for better living through chemistry.
Check with your state for pharma crops and Gm crops--then buy from growers' markets that are up wind from any!! BTW, Jeff's first book , Seeds of Deception is excellent, and listening to the discussion on his newest book--Genetic Roulette, it is even scarier.

Understanding the grave problem in our food today and tomarrow, I do have a question and a suggestion.

Our healthfreedom community is far smaller then the conventional community, therefore, I was wondering if our healthfreedom leaders could help prepare us with a new community some where's on our globe where we will be able to gather and live in peace from all of the dangers that befold us, including nucular war?

My suggestion is - we really need to prepare as soon as possible.

GMOs will no doubt disrupt life as we know it. Once we begin connecting cause to effect, it might be too late as this dangerous and reckless technology is irreversible. And more than half of our corn and soy is already genetically engineered in this country with no precautions to stop genetic drift that naturally happens in open fields. The Campaign To Label has been working for years to have the gmo contents on labels. But that is non-existent on GMO containing foods- estimated to be contained in about 70% or more on your grocery shelves (among packaged and processed foods).

This is one of the most urgent and important topics of our day and I urge more reporting in this area. Robyn O'Brien at Allergy Kids is also beginning to connect the dots. Hers is a good site to visit.!

It splits open the insects' stomach?

I wonder what it does to human stomachs?

We don't eat a whole lot of corn, but on occasion I will buy from a local farmer as a treat for the kids. I mean, who doesn't have good memories of corn on the cob? Since my kids are pretty healthy, I figured once in a while in the summertime wouldn't hurt.

This year, I may try to find out the laws in VT concerning GMO's or if there are farms that grow GMO's here before buying any.

I think that because corn is one of the largest selling crops in the USA, right along side soybeans, we are going to find more and more problems with organic crops that have been cross contaminated with GMO crops. I believe that this is linked to the huge increase in Gastrointestinal diseases among children and adults in this country. It is imperative that we do all we can to support the organic farmers who are trying to give us quality products.

Even organic corn is making me have a rash and alot of fatigue. I wonder if the GMO contamination is enough to make me react like I do
to regular corn.
