I believe vaccines and trans fats and corn syrup are among the top causes for the sick generation of children we are seeing today. Babies and kids are also given way too many antibiotics and other meds. My children are unvaccinated, never had a single med of any kind, occasionally eat something with real sugar in it (no corn syrup!) and they watch a few hours of TV a day and they are the healthiest kids I know. While I shun most fast food, I don't want my children to feel deprived of what is, sadly, "normal" in this culture, so we do occasionally go to McDonald's but only for hamburgers and apple juice. No fried food as they contain trans fats which are a huge danger to their growing brains.

re: Number of Children With Chronic Diseases Quadrupled, Study Says

i think kids today are too sheltered and grow up to soon. They need to go out and just play and be kids.Everybody is too worried bout kooties and things like that.Growing up, we finished our homework quickly coz we wanted to go out and play. That leaves parents and caregivers, and many of them are clueless as well.

The payoff for taking responsibility for our own health is enormous. How can we reach more parents, and subsequently more children and show them how to achieve greater health?

re: Number of Children With Chronic Diseases Quadrupled, Study Says

The article says, “No one culprit” Well they are dead wrong!
