"Supersize Me" is pure genius. It's the kind of street level documentary people remember. I loved it. Should be required viewing for anyone involved in anything having to do with peoples health.

I'm fortunate to live 350 miles from the nearest MC D's.

"MACKERS", as Mickey D's is called in Australia, is destroying health there at record rates...and despite printed disclosures of one Big Mac, One Shake & One Large Fries equalling 3,682 calories (plus massive levels of saturated fat/hydrogenated fat/trans fat, acrylamide laden, and mass quantities of refined modified starches and sugars), would seem to bamboozle the world to the cliff, like lemmings, to the slaughter.

If you haven't already seen SUPER SIZE ME, get it and view it. I organized a goup viewing with a number of my friends and our children. We served healthy snacks while we watched Morgan get fatter and sicker. Even if you don't eat fast foods, this video is a must see. You have friends who frequent McDonalds. This will put you in a position to help them see what that kind of food is doing to their bodies.
