Triglycerides, like cholesterol, belong to the lipid family. They’re a major source of energy for your body, and are either obtained

re: Triglycerides Explained

AGAIN THE DUO IN ACTION - DIET AND EXERCISE.
When will conventional medicine wake up and smell the coffee HUH !!!!!!!!

The absolute best possible way to lower elevated ARTERY CLOGGING triglycerides is to severely restrict refined sugars and grains from your diet PERIOD and start a good exercise plan. If you know of anyone who has been suffering from this, please, do them a HUGE favour and pass this info on to them. There's is absolutely no need for any DRUGS (unless your problem is genetic) to lower elevated Triglycerides, the side effects are really something to ponder on.

I believe it's one of nature's way of "pointing us in the right direction"- give up or restrict the no good sugar and grains from our diets and live a long and healthy life........

re: Triglycerides Explained

Hi all. It was very interesting. 3 women that i know, varying in age, all got their blood results back in the last few weeks and shared them with me. It was amazing that all 3 had HDL in the 80's(im still around 36 to 38- dont know how to raise it much- i use the best fish oils, and exercise), all 3 had triglycerides very low like 50, and all 3 had apparently too high of ldl over 130. Can anyone explain how someone can have too high ldl and excellent triglycerides?? i cant seem to find an answer on this. i thought both had to do with eating very little sugars and grains? i know one of the women im referring to doesnt eat any bread at all, ever and barely has any sugar at all. Thanks everyone!

re: Triglycerides Explained

if you want to keep your triglyceride levels ballanced make dure you keep your liver in optimal health with silybum marianum ( milk thistle) and cynara ( Globe artichoke) for gall bladder protection. YOu need to keep flushing triglycerided through you system if you are ingesting them in your diet. This includes the good omega fatty acids. Remember too that triglycerides will hold toxins in your body especially pesticides , insecticides etc as they attach to fat molecules. So keeping your lymphatic styetm in optinal health with trigonella ( fenugreek) and lemon juice plus apple cider vinegar is good. YOu can manage cholesterol , obesity and other health issues with this simple yet necessary process. Letting people know the importance of fats for certain vitamin assimilation as well as an energy source might ameliorate the fear a little. The refined carb addicts are often the most concerned about no fat and low fat products from observing the check -out lines.
Having a healthy understanding of triglycerides and what they are and do is a good idea if folks don't turn off from the 25 cent word!
