It gets me when people say "Oh I tried everything and I just can't lose weight" or when they say" My doctor told me I was just fine" but here's the news flash for you, your doctor had very little study on nutrition and exercise, so dont take their advice.

If you can't lose weight then your doing it wrong. I'll be honest, it took me about 4 years to finally get how to lose weight and build muscles.

You need Read, read, read. Learn from those who know. Write your goals down and post it somwhere. Take a B4 and After picture. GET UP AND DO IT. Start now not Monday. The common sense list can go on and on. Dr. A

re: 15 Tips on How to Restart -- and Keep -- the Exercise Habit

I use to be a runner and i want to get back to doing that it just seems
i have so much to do during the day I get so tired like I am right now
writing this letter, I know I can do this I cant seem to get started, any
sugestions I know what i have to do to get back into shape. That is to have a goal. For me that goal is to do 4 hours per week. This has the flexibility to allow me to do a lot one day but not much another and therefore makes it easier to fit in to those very busy days. It is amazing how you will push yourself to reach a set goal. This is also true in other areas of your life such as family and work.

re: 15 Tips on How to Restart -- and Keep -- the Exercise Habit

16.
