The foods we eat today are garbage in boxes, bags and cans! Even the "fresh foods" are scary. When your garbage can at home gets full, you take it out and get rid of it. We all need to do this for our bodies too! The people of the United States are literally full of it. We need to cleanse our bodies, and our minds will follow. You wouldn't expect a car's filters to work properly if they were plugged up with gunk, why do we expect our bodies to be able to handle it? Education is key!!
Let the choice be theirs, but I wish there was a way to make every person out there aware of the effect of what they eat, breathe and drink is doing to them and their families.
