There are so many variables to the equation. For example, maybe the women who slept more were just lazy, and their laziness caused them to be overweight, and maybe lazy overweight people tend to have poorer diets, etc, etc, etc. There are other factors that come into play. It says the more you sleep&lt;img src="/emoticons/emotion-56.gif" alt="Sleep [S]" /&gt; &amp;nbsp;[9+ hours] the more your risk of stroke increases? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But yet if you sleep&lt;img src="/emoticons/emotion-56.gif" alt="Sleep [S]" /&gt; less [7 hours] your risk is decreased?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isn't sleeping good for you?
