I am SO thankful that I chose to live where I do, despite the long winters. In addition to all the other health benefits, I have a drilled well that furnishes me with all the pure, fresh, arsenic-free water I could wish for. And if I ever run low, there are 3 more dug wells on the place!

We've been using a regular counter-top activated charcoal filter for a while now. I wonder what other's use and why.

There is so much chlorine in the Dallas county drinking water that when I brush my teeth in the bathroom, the running water emits this nasty smell like I'm at a swimming pool.
