Getting stuck in any emotion would affect how I did everything for whatever time it took to move on to whatever emotion came up next. I had no idea that situations outside of me were causing such havoc in my everyday life.

My life took an amazing leap forward when I took the free introductory lesson in Jeannie Fitzsimmons course called "Mastering Your Emotions Course". I like to call it My Owners Manual for My Emotions. I was never taught by my parents or teachers about how to be the Master of My Emotions. I think for most of us we are ruled by our emotions and don't even realize we can be in control and our life changes in that moment.

It is so simple to be in a "State of Happiness" most all the time. When we understand that is simply a choice, Our Choice to hold on, or Just Let it Go.

Bottom line, anything that causes me any emotional reaction, positive or negative can be immediately let go of. Many times I would even get hung up on good emotions and just like the bad or negative, it would take me out of the "Now Moment" and possibly lead to a future negative result in business or personal relationships.

Every moment is new and it is wonderful to have a simple effective way of staying present in the "Now Moment" which is the only moment in which we can experience True Happiness.

Thank you Dr. Mercola for including Emotional Health topics in your blog. In these stressful times it can really be helpful to everyone and in my case releasing the emotional burden has directly improved my physical health.
