I had no real symptoms until it was too late and surgery was inevitable.&amp;nbsp; Even after the surgery, I was having pain and difficulty walking.&amp;nbsp; The M.D. told me "sometimes that happens - I don't know why."&amp;nbsp; I started going to a chiropractor regularly for back pain and commented to him that I felt like I was walking differently.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Low and behold, the pain I had when walking disappeared!&amp;nbsp; I now run on an elliptical machine 1.3 miles/day as part of my exercise program!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I can't help but wonder if I had started going years before, if I could have saved my joints!&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;So if you're having pain (or even if you're not) don't forget to see your Chiropractor!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://blogs.mercola.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=130154" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
