If your symptoms are causing major problems and making it difficult to function, seek out this alternative.

BTW, prior to this I was using other phytoestrogens and progesterone cream which helped a little with hot flashes but not insomnia and the other major symptoms.

Hope this helps someone out there who is struggling.

Especially women for menopausal symptoms. I for one will be one of them in a few years. However, it's sad that there are still companies out there that will take advantage of women's needs and put products on the market that will never live up to what it says on the label or have unsafe ingredients in them. Although I don't need them yet, I have also started looking into the bio-identical hormones. They are compunded just for you and you know what is going into them. The consult and the blood work can be alittle costly, but I was told most insurances pay for it, you just have to bill them yourself. I just want as many options as possible on the table when it comes to the time I will need them.
