Getting enough physical activity is so important for children but so many are not getting it. Top that with the processed foods and sugary drinks and I can see where depression and behavioral issues would be major issues. As parents, we are responsible for our children&#39;s health and happiness and we need to go above and beyond to make sure of it. If their school doesn&#39;t provide a healthy lunch program, make their lunches yourself. &nbsp;Limit their Television, game-playing and computer time and get them involved in a sport or some other activity that will keep them healthy and happy. </p>
