Virgin coconut oil especially is known to help move body fat out. There are several books to check out on this topic: Eat Fat Lose Fat by Mary Enig PhD and Sally Fallon; Eat Fat Look Thin by Bruce Fife ND; RX Coconut (The Perfect Health Nut) by Dr. Vermen M. Verallo-Rowell, MD; The Truth About Coconut Oil (the Drugstore In A Bottle) by Conrados Dayrit MD. The dominant lauric acid found in coconut is the main reason. &nbsp;I find that the study above is questionable, especially if they are not using the same quality safflower commonly available. &nbsp; That stuff is not happening in my house. &nbsp;CLA naturally occurring in grass fed meats is very useful, but supplements touted as being CLA are rarely useful because they are manufactured, not naturally extracted. </p>
