I smoke, so I see people around assume that they are simply healthier from this one fact, as they shove sugar, prescription drugs, GMO foods, processed foods down their throats. Although I would not recommend smoking to anyone, if I had the choice of either quitting smoking, or eating nutritious food, I&amp;#39;d pick the latter. If people would put as much self-righteousness and energy into eating healthy as they did into banning smoking, there would truly be a change, but people just don&amp;#39;t seem to be as concerned about their food. You know, you go to the store and buy some corn and &amp;quot;whole wheat&amp;quot; bread and are taught these are wonderful for you. &lt;/p&gt;
