years ago.&amp;nbsp; Irkutsk was my home base.&amp;nbsp; Many of the roads were
as bad as the one pictured here. The Russians seemed to take it&amp;nbsp;
in their stride (like so much else).&amp;nbsp; I can't recall if I was on
this particular road, but I could have been.&amp;nbsp; I could tell ya
stories......LOL&lt;br&gt;

It is unpaved road in 1500 feet deep permafrost 1.2 million square&amp;nbsp;mile northern territory and not intended to be used when melted. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That place is where most Russian diamonds, fossils and oil come from.&amp;nbsp;Most of the supply comes&amp;nbsp;by air&amp;nbsp;and by ships. 225 thousand people live above Arctic circle in city of Yakutsk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whoever did that rating is just&amp;nbsp;a dumbass&lt;/P&gt;

It led to what I call a habited "forgotten town", something out of Inca times. If you're into archeology you can really appreciate it.
