off the subject of the article, but on the subject of the comments, LSD users hardly qualify as "druggies". The majority of people who use this drug do so for inspiration and spiritual or alternative thought purposes, not to "party" or have a good time. The LD50 has never been found for it, it has a very low potential for abuse and is non-addicting, and has been found in many studies to be extremely useful for treating psychological illnesses such as PTSD's and other such things in a clinical setting. This is not my personal opinion but that of the Federal Courts ruling when they told the FDA that this and MDMA should not be listed as schedule 1 drugs. Of course, the FDA ignored this ruling and lumped them all together with destructive and deadly drugs like heroin, cocaine, and meth in their heavy handed dictatorial "WAR ON PEOPLE THROUGH DRUGS"....er, I mean the war on drugs of course. Funny though how now they prescribe amphetamines and opiates to children, but if you buy other peoples amphetamines or opiates...then watch out!

Rosalind Elsie Franklin actually did all the research that led to the discovery of DNA - Watson & Crick have falsely been given credit all these years and I am surprised you perpetuate this. Franklin's research was secretly given to watson & crick without her knowledge and they went on to unethically claim responsibility. Perhaps Crick was on LSD when he accepted her research as his own??? The story of Rosalind Elsie Franklin has been well researched and covered over the years. Most MDs are aware of this.

The same is the case with the genius who developed the PCR concept of gene snipping and splicing which is the basis for all modern genetic technology. Many new and paradigm shifting technologies have been "stumbled" upon while folks have stepped outside the box on purpose.
