It lessened over the course of the last 20 years. I have been diagnosed twice with Barretts Esophaogitis, although my last endoscopy showed no Barretts, but I was diagnosed with Ashmatic Esophagitis (sometimes food refuses to go down and I have to continue swallowing and repositioning my posture to make it do so). I was given medication for this, but chose not to use it. It is not as problematic as it was last year. The problem I'm having now is constant stomach pain. I feel bloated and have the sensation that a brick has replaced my stomach. If I press my fist into the area below my rib cage (center), it feels better. I assume this is because I am pressing down the inflammation and probably cutting off the nerve impulses. I've never had an ulcer, but could this be the problem? The last endoscopy I had was very painful (I didn't fall asleep) and I dread having it done again. I feel like the culprit to my pain is most likely the medications I have taken for the last couple of years (I am almost off all of them now). Any suggestions?

re: A New Natural Weapon to Fight H. Pyroli and they worked for a short length of time. Continuing the same dietary habits within a couple of months the bacteria were back. Doing my own research I discovered a honey with a unique characteristic that kills this bacteria better than antibiotics or anything else and the bactria will not become immune to it. It is called Manuka honey and comes from New Zealand. It is made from the Manuka flower which is unique to New Zealand and grows wild in vast fields. Not just any Manuka honey will do, it must have UMF which stands for Unique Manuka Factor and it will have this on the label. e.g. UMF 10, UMF 15 or UMF 20. The higher the more effective. I use this honey for medicinal purposes only as it is quite expensive. I take one teaspoon on a small piece of bread before bed on an empty stomach to be most effective. Should initially be taken this same way 4 times a day for 4 to 6 weeks. I now use it as a maintenence program once a week before bed and I've been clear of H. Pyroli for over a year now. A dependable good brand is HNZ New Zealand Active Manuka Honey 100% pure. I buy the UMF20 for best results. Search on-line for more info. Hope this helps you with your H. Pyroli problem, Cheers, Steve

re: A New Natural Weapon to Fight H. As soon as you feel a pin-prick pain on the lips, coat the lips with EVOO. Outbreak stopped dead! Amazing stuff, EVOO. I use it religiously for all skin troubles. Kids may get a rash, I just tell them same thing each time: put EVOO on it. Thow out your chapstick and put EVOO on.

re: A New Natural Weapon to Fight H. Loop

The true commonality of all H. Pylori infections is an alkaline environment in the stomach or duodenum. Eating too much (as Americans do) and consuming food that is lacking in enzymes and nutrients promotes an alkaline environment in the stomach and gut. Zero enzymes + little hydrochloric acid = Putrified Food.... The food basically rots in your gut. This sets the stage for internal havoc inluding reflux and H. Pylori to take hold.

To say that H. Pylori directly causes ulcerations because it's found within them is to abide by Pasteurs flawed germ theory. By the way, that is another fabulous deception that should be discussed in-depth! Bechamp cellular theory is more plausible. It all starts with cellular health since the by-product of an unhealthy internal environment creates many bacteria that are labeled "villians." Not enough probiotics, all medications, chlorinated water, refined sugar, chemical and emotional stress, alcohol, etc... thin the lining in the gut and predispose you H. Pylori.

re: A New Natural Weapon to Fight H. I have found the symptoms of clients are bloating, gas, diarrhrrea/constipation, migraines, GERD, etc. Biohealth diagnostics has a stool test that I use and it is very reliable. An easy way to treat it besides antibiotics is:
1. Make sure you chicken is cooked thoroughly. There is research to show that raw or undercooked chicken is the main culprit.
2. Cook your eggs. I know this contradicts most and Dr. Mercola, but there is research to show that raw eggs cause HP.
3. There is new research to show that sexual fluids between partners can cause the transfer of HP
4. If you suspect you have it, do the stool test and you can easily treat it with a 6 month protocol of Mastica Gum and Bio HPF. These are herbs that specifically treat the effects of the HP bacteria on the SI, epithelial cells, etc.

re: A New Natural Weapon to Fight H.
