I am underwhelmed with surprise. This kind of Medical Mengeloid behaviour is undoubtedly the rule rather than the exception.
Reminds me of the old saying: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me."
How many more Vioxx, thalidomide, Fosamax etc. tragedies have to occur before the general public get the message that this industry is not to be trusted - not one inch, not one millimetre, not one picometre, and people need to wake up and smell the Prozac!

The real shame is that rather then be held accountable; these guys are likely to get jobs at the FDA or at least in the system. You really have to look out for yourself

So why, if fraud has occurred, is not corporate shield pierced, and the EXECUTIVES in charge of these companies being criminally prosecuted for criminal conduct, profiteering, and inflicting HARM or death on the public?

Or the FDA officials who did not do their jobs at the time when approving these harmful products?
