About two weeks ago I became aware while reading this blog that the one part of me with bad skin was the one part that doesn't get any sun.  So I went out in the mountains and got some sun on it (watch out for paragliders).  Problem gone!  Then I got to wondering about the Japanese ladies around me.  They all have such clear skin!  But they are really modest.  Then I noticed one in an outdoors hot bath.  She'd turned and placed her arms and head on the rocks at the pool edge, and everything of note was just below the surface of the water.  I guess that is considered modest enough.
