Dr. Mercola needs to include a recipe section on his website. He gives alot of wonderful information about foods/drinks to eat and not to eat. Besides just eating fruits and raw vegetabes everyday, it would be nice to have recipes that are corresponding with Dr. Mercola's recommendations. I am a mother of two young children and I am totally overwhelmed with trying to come up with ideas for meals. We are told not to&nbsp;consume dairy at all by some, by others to consume raw organic dairy. We are told not to eat meat or animal proteins unless raw (can't do it!) and to not eat fish because of the mercury, toxins, etc.&nbsp; We are told to eliminate all sugars and grains are not healthy, even organic. We shouldn't eat or drink out of anything that is in a can (aluminum), in plastic(toxins) and now we are told that bottle water is even bad. We are not suppose to cook in microwaves or with high heat. I do try to purchase mostly Organic foods but am at a loss on what to do with them anymore. Dr. Mercola please help all of us who need more specific information on how to take the information you provide to us and put it into easy, healthy, tasty meals for our families. Maybe you can also set up a section for your readers to submit their healthy recipes.<img src="http://blogs.mercola.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=93560" width="1" height="1">

re: Is It Possible to Have a Healthy Dessert?

Are you freaking kidding!?&nbsp; I thought this was a healthy web site!
