Food intolerances: dairy and gluten
2. Chronic dehydration and increase intake of sugar
3. Toxic substances in the home air or in the home. Whether it be hygiene or cleaning procducts, rugs or even the walls, these play a large part in causing asthma
4. Depleted serotonin levels
5. Altered aldosterone levels, which regulate the Na in the body. This is from taking in too much NaCl and other dehydrating agents
6. Parents smoking or around people that do. The smoke gets in their clothes and the parents bring the toxins into the house.
