One of the basic premises of research is that it only answers the question that you asked. No drug company will ever finance research that asks what NON drug therapy might help a problem.

IAHF List: Its 10:13 am Pacific time, 1:13 PM Eastern time, and in my headphones I'm listening to elevator music from CSpan2 waiting for the Senate to vote either for or against the Cochran amendment which would be a "poison pill" that would kill the Dorgan Amendment that we WANTED to pass (which passed earlier today).

The Dorgan amendment allows Americans to import drugs from other countries. I just watched Senator Sanders give an impassioned speach on behalf of poor Americans in which he pleaded with the Senate to vote against the Cochran amendment. He talked about taking busloads of poor Vermonters over the border to Canada, and dramatically recounted observing women with breast cancer who were unable to afford the high price of Tomoxifen break into tears upon seeing that they could buy it for one tenth the cost in Canada.

Please call the Senate RIGHT NOW to say you SUPPORT the Dorgan Amendment, and OPPOSE the Cochran amendment.

(Bush will VETO S.1082 if the Cochran amendment does not pass, and THAT would veto the WHOLE BILL which we NEED to happen to PROTECT DSHEA. We were unable to find ANY Senator with the courage to stand up to the Pharma Cartel to introduce our desired amendment that would have removed the terms "FOODS" and "FOOD INGREDIENTS" from the bill. Senator Durbin did pass an amendment pertaining to food safety that could have language in it that hurts dietary supplements, but whatever they passed isn't available on the web to view.... this is not democracy..... we're clearly living in a POLICE STATE.

It's about time we Stop following what the FDA says is healthy for us. Look at Viox, and Vaccines. How many of our kids have to get autism before we say no more? How many people have to be bamboozled by the FDA and it's lap dogs?

This whole system of "Health Care" and the way it's administered sickens me... I'm suprised the pharmacutical companies don't have a drug for me!

Praise to Dr. Mercola for fighting the good fight and not taking the FDA's BS.

I am happy to find ways of taking action to protect our right to health treatments that work, even if some of the time it turns out to be false alarms. It doesn't take that much time to fire off a letter to your senator or congressperson. We don't just want to be in the back seat watching the bus careening ever nearer the edge.

First of all lets be clear, there is and never was any legislation "for the people"! The illegitimacy of this thing called "America" was so contrived in the wake of colonialism, terrorism, and genocide.

The so called Constitution, which was established by the "Founding Disciples" of the SOS (Synagogue of Satan) was actually drafted under the "Manifest Destiny" jurisprudence through which "deceit" was duly justified, and enacted upon as "legislation" itself. Once signed off, the title, "America" was subsequently chartered as a "CORPORATION" under the "International Maritime Admiralty Law" which, in itself, is also fraudulent!

The goal: Total control over the world's wealth, resources, and manpower on every level of people activity. This relentless pursuit of acquisition has caused millions upon millions of lives every year for a very long time now. So how, on this earth, does anybody expect any favorable outcome from an illegitimate government?

Food and Water, our most precious commodity, has been tampered with to a degree of UNGODLY proportions. And now, we are running around like chickens with heads cut off because we've been systematically swindled out of the "Agrarian" lifestyle and have forgotten how to live off the land!!!

We're in big trouble; Humanity have failed GOD miserably!!!

Wake up people, and take control of your own lives!!! Before your time is up

Nothing our government does surprises me. They are not interested in taking care of any of us. The approval of aspartame set the standard for how to manipulate the system for profit and power.

The IRS was never written into law, they inforce it by intimidation and they can do it again with natural healthcare or with anything they want if if it comes to that and they do it now, look at our freedom of speech, and they arrest protestors when it is our right to protest. All we have are our numbers and we all need to stand united against such as this, Monsanto, etc., and you hit them where it really hurts and thats in there pocketbooks. And besides this FDA thing, i see our real threat to health are chemtrails and GMO's. The chemtrails/GMO's are destroying the environment including the bees in my opionion and once we lose that we are done for.

Do you know how America became America? Revolution!

Are we going to set back like a bunch of pansies and worry about, “Can they control us or not?” or “What will we do if they say, "No, you can’t do that?” or are we going to show a little backbone and “come at them “Guns Blazing”! Do I mean using violent force? No, but I do mean we just need to refuse to comply!

I am a Clinical Herbalist who sees people healed of cancer with Bloodroot most every day. No Chemo, No drugs, (not even chloride of zinc) and best of all NO MEDICAL SYSTEM!

Do you think for even a second I would let some phony law dictate what I do? I grow my own food and I can get enough of my herbs where they grow in the wild. I really am tired of dealing with health food stores anyway! Does any body even have a clue about standing up on your own feet when you have to?

Beware of the 'Dance of the Legislation" (also the name of a book by Eric Redman of many decades past) about how American legislation is crafted, lobbied, and manipulated.

Several of these competing proposed rulings, guidelines, policies seeking to become law, might at the last minute, in the dead of night, when no one is looking, be slipped onto another bill, as a rider, much like pork barrel projects are passed, or morphed, or bastardized, into something no one expected, wants, needs, but nonetheless might get, or take a life of it's own.

The definition of a top race horse, designed by a committee, or in this case the US Congress, could easily be part Bradley Personnel Carrier, with a camel on roller skates in the riding compartment, claiming to be the best chance for a Triple Crown tittle.
