hi to all.for say no to quacks thanks.I rarely eat seafood. i take omega 3 caps.I have removed mymetal fillings years ago.But the more i take antioxidants, the more i notice benefits.I love all green vegetables but not doing my own cooking, i can't always choose my meals.Also having a mild liver condition to the point i'm thinking the md's i rarely see are exaggerating or lying to me, i'm thinking this would be just the thing to take.But i appreciate your reply for sure and will keep it in mind when i start ingesting some.Cheers and to all a pleasant day

As a psychiatric survivor I can tell you FROM EXPERIENCE that all the psychiatric dope I have ever taken made me psychotically suicidal. As suicide is really "introverted homicide," (as Monty Python once said), there you go. As a human being with a conscience who did not want to kill anyone, my immediate reaction to the way these drugs affected my brain was to want to protect others by killing myself. This goes for Paxil, Wellbutrin, Depakote, Lithium, Zyprexa, Neurontin, and many others.

Paxil made me hallucine more than the LSD I only once so stupidly took. Wellbutrin gave me backward somersaults! I couldn't stop doing them! Depakote made me bang my head on the wall and starve myself for three days. And during the time I took all that poison, I was a militant atheist. Atheism should be added to the list of side effects. I was not an atheist before taking them, and I'm not since I quit.

These poisons are, from my own experience, MORE PSYCHOACTIVE THAN LSD. Please do not take them or let anyone you love take them. They highly addictive and play games with your mind. They cause the brain to short-circuilt. All those school shootings, Columbine and the rest, are caused by anti-depressants. And when you quit them the withdrawal is unbelievable. But the quacks won't tell you you're having withdrawal! They tell you it's youi "mental illness" coming through!

They claim the dope takes TWO WEEKS to kick in. Believe me this is a LIE! When I took my first Wellbutrin in a minute I was high as a kite! They want you to take it for 2 weeks so that you become ADDICTED. Once you're addicted, you won't WANT to quit! And if you do, the withdrawal will make you think, "Oh my goodness, I really AM mentally ill!"

Big Pharma= Big Brother.

Avoid these toxic drugs like the PLAGUE they are!!!

Now that all this IS coming out, It seems to me that after Colulmbine, Mark Taylor and a few others went before the D.C. big wigs. That was how many years ago? I think it is time we stop letting the rich and famous decide what is best for our children and go back to good old fashion love and respect. If we as adults practice and model it for our children, there may be a big change in the criminal aspect of our lives.

These drugs are nasty and HIGHLY DANGEROUS, even under medical supervision or prescription!!!

Several thousand suicides have been now linked together among MANY of these mind altering brands: DO NOT TAKE THEM PERIOD, or any one you know or love!!!

Not an urban legend story, one of these brands was PROVEN to be deadly, not long ago, when one homicide investigator, in one city, in one week, found and pieced together 4 middle aged men, who all had hung (successfully & DEAD) themselves, all from the rafters of their respective garages.

The commonality was not some weird cult offing ritual, or perhaps a serial killer, but these deceased were all taking the same antidepressant brand from Big Pharma.

Big Pharma and the FDA cannot be trusted at all in regard to these products...but then again, should we be surprised based on their MASSIVE BODY COUNT?

The Big Pharma executives are dealing in FRAUD and wrongful death and should be criminally prosecuted for accessory to MURDER.

I just listened to a podcast from Designs for Health by an MD who has worked with these disorders for over 30 yrs. He mentioned a study that was done with all the SSRI's and new meds. The study participants were given these meds, but had no symptoms prior. They of course had to stop the study because an average of about 4-10 people who went on them had suicidal ideations!

Big Pharma has been experimenting on our kids and lying to parents for years and it's now all starting to IMPLODE on them!

Why such an increase in the incidence of depression and add/adhd in our children that are being prescribed antidepressants, ritalin, etc.?

Doctors will tell you that it's genetic, putting the blame on your family tree. How ridiculous. Our genes have not changed but a mere .2% in the last 40,000 years.

What has changed? Our lifestyle! Yes, there I go again. Lifestyle changes have created the epidemic of chronic ills that face society today, INCLUDING depression, anxiety and add/adhd.

I won't bore you again with all of my lifestyle changes I recommend (read my prior posts) but, get your kids on Omega 3 fatty acids, get them off of everything artificial and have them drink water, exercise, read and play. And, oh yeah....Love the heck out of them!
