While I agree with many of his ideas, the idea of corporate america having little of no government control scares the living crapola out of me. The court system is not an effective deterent to corporations with vast reserves of cash and high priced lawyers at their disposal. We already see the incredible abuses of Monsanto, Bayer, Exon, Pharmaceutical companies, etc etc. There needs to be some sort of effective oversight, someone to penalize companies who cross the line. I wish it were done more now, but under Ron Paul's version of utopian capitalism, corporations are left to their own devices with only the minor threat of court action by consumer advocacy groups. Corporations have no social conscious, they are created only to make a profit for their share holders. Much of the so called "Green" marketing is simply to hide the real truth in what they do and to throw a bone at consumers to make them think they are socially responsible entities. Where are the effective checks and balances under Ron Paul's hoped for adiministration? Who will look out for the environment? Who will stand for consumer rights? I love so many of his ideas, but come on now...corporate america left to it's own devices?

The reason " The support for Dr. Paul is like nothing I have ever seen before" is we're all 'Fed' up with being deliberately & systematically deluded, confused & manipulated, then raped, robbed, pillaged & burned, by & with the support & acquiescence of, the bureaucracies full of paid government lackeys of irresponsible Big Corporate, of which Big Pharma is a major part, and the Fed is but another.

It seems absolutely anything is considered lawful & acceptable, as long as the stockholders get their taxable dividends, but just watch out when they don't!

Although on the surface, Ron Paul seems to make sense on a number of issues (anti-war, anti-torture, anti-drug war, and anti-corporation), but be aware he is also anti-choice, anti-gay, anti-environment, anti-sane immigration policy, and anti-separation of church and state.

Paul may be loudly anti-corporate and anti-GOP establishment; but that didn't stop him from taking $6,000 from DeLay's ARMPAC. Paul returned the favor by voting to weaken House ethics rules when DeLay proposed doing so; and to allow DeLay (one of the biggest corporate whores) to continue to serve after an indictment.

Ron also got 100% rankings from both the Christian Coalition and the John Birch Society. Another site that's endorsed Paul is the Dixie Daily News, a neo-Confederate website full of articles on states' rights, gold-backed currency, and how the South was right all along. Paul writes for this site frequently as does his friend and former legislative aide Gary North, who is also R.J. Rushdooney's son-in-law and a leading light of the Christian Reconstructionist movement. He was also endorsed by the national KKK leader David Duke.

We don't live in a time of fair play and putting people first, so special care is in order if someone tells us why.

Ron Paul is going against those who control the money supply. They never forgive and his life, although valuable to every USA citizen, is in jeopardy. The same interests that eliminated JFK and demolished the 9-11 towers are still out there.

Better look after Ron Paul because you only get one like him in each generation.

It is heartening to see that Ron Paul is creating a stir amongst the voters across party lines, social lines, and that Dr. Mercola is now promoting him when his previous post in March opined that he probably won’t win!!

Thanks Dr. Mercola…with your help talking up this man of superlative voting record, integrity and TRUE Constitutional principles, he stands an excellent chance of being our next President. We can NEVER assume that he “cannot win”, “is a long shot”, “probably won’t win”, etc; people are consequently afraid to vote for someone good based on the above observations; the hideous alternative of “voting for the lesser of the two evils” raises its ugly head. (Remember that most of our Presidents seemingly came out of nowhere and were long shots before we heard about them!)

What the American public must also do is to make the “mainstream media” irrelevant, as these (overpaid for lying) fools try their best to make sure he goes nowhere! When you witness the dishonest, sleazy and CRIMINAL blackout of Dr.Paul’s candidacy, you want to scream from the rooftops! A (once) free people must no longer tolerate this power over them - it smacks of Soviet style journalism and of Cuba, China and other totalitarian regimes! How can we possibly continue to support “news” organizations that DELIBERATELY lie and sabotage? Their own polls are making them quake in their boots because Ron Paul is at the top in very many of them – unless of course they adjust them downward! We must also make sure that there is no sabotage of the vote either! Americans must start counting their votes for verification.
