Why Doesn't Ron Paul talk about this on the debates where there is National Coverage?
It is time for people to know that supplements work as Congress said in the DSHEA act of 1994 but no one every read or heard about this act.
We need to make our reps accountable to the needs of the people.

I praise God for people like you. Thank you so much. I have an autistic grandson who we are trying to heal after his unnecessary injections. It has been the battle of our lives. We just fought the state and won. But it cost us great deal of money.They were trying to force us to give him more injections. We need more people like you in our world to help us all. I applaud Ron Paul for his courage to confront the very issue we as a public need to have addressed - namely our freedom. The FDA has become too powerful.

I totally agree with the person who says, "Help!" to the idea of having Hillary Clinton as president. Just think, then we'll have our very first "first husband" in the White House, Bill Clinton. Help!!! I do not agree with the political stand of any of the canidates other than Ron Paul. Whether Demacrat or Replublican none of them will make any critically needed changes, such as reforming our monetary system.

I've followed Ron Paul since the seventies when he was promoting that we return to the gold standard to prevent the Elite Banking cabal from raping us with their fractional banking practices and the Federal Reserve , a privately owned Corporation . Well , look what we have .

He always places the Constitution at the forefront when he votes . The man can't be bought or intimidated . He has relinquished his Government pension and many of the perks only accepting his salary . The only one that truly earns it .

The citizens of Texas are very , very fortunate . We all should raise holy cane about him not being invited to the Iowan debates . The major news media have a block on him . He's gaining on the pack in spite of all of the suppression efforts . A complete" PATRIOT " !!!!

I have never been excited about a politician before, but Ron Paul actually gives me some hope. He has introduced a lot of good legislature. Yes, it may not get much support, but it shows you that he isn't afraid to act alone in Washington. That takes a lot of courage to stand up like that against your fellow congresspeople and THAT is the type of president this country needs. Not some coward who changes on a whim.

For now, I'd just like to see something come of Mr. Paul's bill. There are so many in congress with their heads stuck in the sand it makes me want to cry. I'd love to have more freely available info on the real health benefits of supplements, instead of having to search the recesses of the internet - which I don't do well.

Go Ron Paul! He's also been one of the few bucking the National Animal ID movement - along with Tom Coburn of Oklahoma and a few select others. That would be a great combination Paul/Coburn! Two rebels with MANY causes.

And - what is with the press hiding the fact he's running for President. I've still not seen any news report that mentions Paul as one of the contenders. They are so stuck on Guliani, McCain and Romney it stinks of primary rigging. I only found out Paul was running at a reclaiming health site online! Have to say I was shocked to see a presidential endorsement on a non-profit site.

I concur with Rep. Ron Paul and I wish that we had more congressmen and senators, who were of like mind so that we as consumers would get some protection from the FDA and greedy Big Pharma.

As a former active member of the Libertarian Party who has participated in two elections, maybe three I speak now from experience.
1. Libertarians come up with good ideas which are promptly taken over by Republicans leaving Lib nothing to tout.
2. Lib Party is where all the non-socialist, non-coke head kooks gravitate to because the Repub Party doesn't suffer fools gladly.
3. When the Senate votes 99-1 it is Ron Paul who is the one. He is a very bright guy who is demented because he reads the Constitution without reference to the 200 (more or less) years of Supreme Court interpretations of every word in the Constitution which in turn becomes the law of the land. Dr. Paul refuses to understand the reality of politics being the art of the doable. He is in short, a nut. Nobody in the Senate takes him seriously. He is not invited to political events or social parties. He is not consult
4. Such an example is the Lib..n brilliant notion of killing off the IRS. They really believe that this would solve a problem, any problem. Asked who then would collect taxes, they respond, do away with taxes. Asked then how do you pay the police, fire fighters, army, navy, marine corps, air force and the FBI, they answer you wouldn't need them in a peaceful society and if you did need them you could hire them as private forces. Asked exactly how that would work, they stop answering. Asked how you would secure a peaceful society, they ramble on with insane platitudes that have no relation to the plain facts of life such as that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.

4. To be a member of the Libertarian Party requires that you surrender all hope of actually accomplishing anything useful because Libertarians are dead set against any kind of coercion or violence except in self defense. So if an arab muslim murderer had you, killing him would be wrong until he actually did you harm, such as cutting your throat.

Ron Paul is registered as a Republican but is not a Libertarian. I live in his District and he is my Congressman. I used to work in his office here in Texas. He is a Constitutionalist really and has the greatest voting record of and for the people in Congress. He even gives back part of his office Budget for the US Treasury and has voted ever time against pay raises for members of Congress. I am a Democrat but this man is so true to his voters I have decided to vote for him. If anyone is interested they shoud visit his webbsite for 2008 Presidential Race. The man is in favor of closing the IRS, Supplements (He is a M.D.) and he wants to do away with the Federal Reserve Bank. Great Man!

All week long, a popular Cleveland morning radio show, broadcasted live from D.C. Different Presidential candidates were interviewed, but not before they spoke with Ohio's Governor, members of the Senate, etc. The day after the debate, the radio host asked the politician who he was interviewing (don't remember who it was, but it was 6:00 am),"Who's this Ron Paul, anyway?" I was thrilled because even though little was said about him, his name was mentioned. It's a start.

It would be great to see a huge "underground" network of support emerge for this man. Then he could take 'em by surprise! We need a leader who truly cares about our individual rights. Yay, Dr. Paul...rattle their chains!!!!
