I'm in my 70's, and have always beleaved it. My inlaws think I'm nuts for eating the&amp;nbsp;skin of my potatoes.&amp;nbsp; Jus tlove to cut a baked potato in two,&amp;nbsp;scoop out the inside, and put butter (not&amp;nbsp;artificial )&lt;br&gt;in it and eat the whole thing. The fact that I'm in this old and "do not" have any prescriptons from my&amp;nbsp;Doctor suggest I"m on the right track.
