Why Do Drugmakers Still Defend the Use of Mercury in Their Vaccines?

The short answer to the question posed in the headline above: Because the so-called experts and various governmental entities -- both with a lot to lose -- are being paid off so richly by their tight association to the drug company cartel.

So, it shouldn't be all that surprising the CDC's Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices still defends the use of the mercury-based chemical thimerosal in vaccines given to pregnant women and infants, largely responsible for the blight of autism, and uses "experts" like Dr. Jay Lieberman, assigned to conduct a recent discussion on thimerosal, to prove it.

Instead of detailing all the data documenting the real harm thimerosal can do, Lieberman carefully stayed away from the truth, focusing instead on faulty epidemiological studies that haven't identified any harmful associations. This reprehensible behavior is likely related to the fact that Lieberman has been a consultant for three drug companies -- Sanofi-Pasteur, GlaxoSmithKline and Merck -- each with their own set of vaccine problems.

However, none of those same companies or the experts they hired would ever acknowledge that the autism trend has slowed down and even reversed since thimerosal has been removed from childhood vaccines.
