Attention Dr. Mercola et al.,

We do not need to wait for Ron Paul to eliminate the IRS.  We can each do this today.  The income tax does not exist in the form most people imagine it to.  For nearly 150 years it has simply been a special form of excise tax.

Ron Paul is aware of this and knows that as president he would simply have to order the IRS to follow the law thus removing them from most people's lives.  However, the only thing each of us need to do in order to have the IRS follow the law is tell the truth.

Another resource for lawful filing of "income" taxes can be found in the book Cracking the Code: The Fascinating Truth About Taxation in America, written by researcher Peter Hendrickson. Also go to his website www.losthorizons.com and see the many scans of refund checks from people who have used the knowledge from the book. You can also get up to date information on the current erroneous civil  lawsuit from the DOJ waged against him.

The DOJ tried three times unsuccessfully to ban the publishing of his book so they are now trying to sue him for the refunds he received. If you want to see just how corrupt the court process can be please read the press releases linked to his website.

Big Pharma and the FDA are not the only conspiracies these days.

Justin...you are correct, however it doesn't matter.  Read the books by Otto Skinner for a more in-depth view of how things work regarding the Income Tax.  I've read Cracking the Code and, while good, it's not the do-all/be-all of taxation.  Also, it is the perfect example of how big of a bully the government is...just because you're right won't stop them from coming after you and taking everything you have in court expenses and, quite possibly, jail time.  The author is himself duking it out in court...as are the numerous people who have followed his book and gotten refunds from the IRS.

Otto Skinner tends to rub a lot of people the wrong way because he pokes holes in some of the most popular "tax protestor" arguments.  In fact, he makes note of a whopping 18 "flawed arguments" to watch out for.  By flawed, he simply means that these arguments have been heavily ruled against and are, many times, not central to the most important argument that the income tax is actually a perfectly legal indirect/excise tax that has simply been enforced illegally with deceptive wording.

It is also interesting to note the numerous lower court rulings (which have put people in jail, by the way) that actually contradict each other...some cases have held that the income tax is a direct tax, others have held that it's an indirect tax, others held that the 16th Ammendment gave Congress new taxing powers while others have held that it didn't!

So despite all this legal contradiction and falsehoods that disagree with earlier Supreme Court rulings, the government continues harrassing and imprisoning perfectly innocent "tax protestors".  I myself will never again pay another penny in income taxes, but then again, I'm leaving the country.  Being right doesn't mean anything anymore.  I'm still voting for Ron Paul and I pass on as much information as I can about him, but I think the writing is on the wall.

I understand your position but leaving the country is like delaying the inevitable. The fight for freedom is here in these united States. Ron Paul has sacrificed a comfortable lifestyle to take on the powers that be and has inspired countless others, including myself, to stay and fight the good fight.
It is time to participate and live without fear.
Remember, these are just people who support an ideology of force and control. We CAN win by spreading the words of truth. It is happening already.
As for Peter Hendrickson's situation. He is is a position of power in District Court right now. They are stalling because they have no answer for him. It is the preeminent contest in the tax freedom movement. When he wins it will open the flood gates that will, once and for all, expose the IRS for what it is - a collection agency for the Federal Reserve. When this happens  the  house of cards will crumble  and our political regime in Washington will no longer have the power to wage illegal wars across the globe because Americans will no longer pay off the loan interest from the Fed which funds these entanglements.

AHH-Thats easy  Ron Paul is and will always be a true american in every sense of the word.

WE would like to think everybody can be like him in act and deed.

The owner of suneradio is the same way,he has turned away 5,000 dollars a month from Pfizer for drug commercials and. helped many individuals. He wants Ron Paul or a represantaive so he can get the word out about him.
This station has gone above and beyond and sacarificed everything.
Talking about the truth of 911, THe IRS and Health care with Dr.Rina Laibow.
WE have tried to tell people the truth join us and Dr.Paul and Dr.Mercola and others like them supoort us in our fight to take back our freedom.

Yeah for America alets get Ron Paul in office we also have plans to make money for every state with special programs that will actually reduce property taxes and save businesses and help others with money leftover.

I like Ron Paul's platform.  I want to vote for him.  'm just worried that he won't win because we have so many right-wingers in the country.  Most of them would never go for a (cough) libertarian!  I hope the majority of the country are too tired of Bush and all of his shenanigans that they do what's right and take a chance instead of what's comfortable.

If Dr. Ron Paul did get elected he would be assinated by some clueless person the FBI had recruited to shoot him. The elites would not permit him to continue. The elites control organized crime (and they invented it) so no one can deny them for long. They have employees who act as advisors to the president. They would advise him what to do. The President would say no. They would advise him more strongly and if still he says no, then the the elites would engage the CIA and the FBI to get rid of the President. That's what happened to JFK and R. Nixon for failing to cause world war 3.

Here here! I shouldn’t have to pay the king part of my wages, this was supposed to be a free country were we owned our land. Really you don’t own your land; the state/government lets you rent your land, that’s why you have to pay property tax. What happens if you don’t pay - they take it back from you.. this is just like the old kings that had everyone in their kingdom by the you know whats.

A study in constitutional law will show you very quickly that all these things are against the foundation of our country and the freedom intended by the forefathers.

Ron Paul is founding father material and can start a whole new revolution for our country! His message to restore the republic, preserve liberty, and return government to its constitutional levels will be embraced by all true Americans!

Yeah, the NWO crowd that runs things now wouldn’t let him get into office but who runs this country, a few elites or millions of citizens? They know they can not control us without removing our freedoms; all we have to do is stand up for ourselves and our country before it’s too late, seriously!!

That means RIGHT NOW, this election!

Congressman Ron Paul offers a down-to-earth national policy change to return our country to its original status of a free and soverign Republic.  If this precious opportunity is not siezed by  American citizens to prevent the US from being completely transformed into a socialist autocratic society devoid of freedom of action and all the other attributes of a free society described in his book, "A Foreign Policy Of Freedom", our spiral downward into an adversity unanticipated by our citizenry will be unavoidable.  Support Ron Paul. He is a figure of heroic proportions!
