MSG is not natural, or naturally occurring, and may not, per Code of Federal Regulation standards for labeling be listed as a "natural flavor(s)" under flavor law, or food and beverage law, cosmetic law, or dietary supplement law...however, the largest violators in this regard, believe it or not, are many well known so-called natural health food brands and chains in the USA.

It saddens me that if I buy Campbells chicken stock with enough sodium to supply a salt lick for all the horses in America, and tons of MSG, it costs about 69 cents.  But if I buy organic free range, from Whole Foods, I pay 3 times as much.

How about making you own soup at home with left over parts from a free range organic roaster, it's easy to do, and FREE?

I find when I accidentally eat something with MSG my firbomyalgia pain comes back, and I am also very tired.

Avoiding this would be a very important step in stopping migraines for migraine sufferers.

Reesacat--the same thing happens to my wife when she eats msg.

We ridded her fibromyalgia with some super greens and a gallon of good water a day, and taking her off of about ten different medications that I believe at that time actually saved her life.

I read a report that doctors stated if you want to get rid of migranes, stop eating msg.
