Proven Way to Inexpensively Reverse Brain Aging

What could be better for keeping your brain young and preventing Alzheimer's naturally, safely and effectively without a drug than eating your vegetables, according to a new study.

Researchers monitored the brain health of some 2,000 patients (older than age 64) with mental functioning tests, measuring short-term and delayed memory, given three times over six years, while paying close attention to their eating habits.

Although seniors did worse on memory tests as time passed, patients who ate more than only two servings of vegetables daily performed about 40 percent better. Even better, their test results of veggie lovers mirrored those of patients some five years younger.

Among the most beneficial vegetables, no surprise, were dark, leafy green vegetables like spinach and kale and collards, naturally high in folic acid. Additionally, patients who ate many vegetables were among the most physically active, more evidence diet and exercise work in tandem to improve your health.
