Intel Wants Brain Implants in Its Customers' Heads by 2020

This obvious conspiracy headline comes straight from Popular Science, not some unread conspiracy website

Intel's Pittsburgh lab is trying to develop brain implants -- in this case, a kind of remote control that can by operated directly by brain waves -- by the year 2020.

They believe that people will quickly adapt to a device which would let them be free of keyboards, mice, hand-held remote controls, and the other gear normally needed to use various devices.

The Intel team is already using fMRI brain scans to match brain patterns with similar thoughts across many different people.
