What Do You Need to Let Go of?

Buddhist philosophy suggests that you can, as a conscious choice, simply let go of the things which make you unhappy. Actively chasing happiness has a sense of urgency about it, and with urgency comes anxiety, illness, and unhappiness.

The desire for perfection arises out of fear -- fear of not being good enough. Fear is at the source of unhappiness.

Maybe it’s time to simply let go.  What do you need to let go of?
