Exercise Your Depression Away

Researchers have found that the more you engage in physical activity in your spare time, the less likely you are to be depressed. However, the study showed that people with physically demanding jobs are just as likely to be depressed as those with sedentary jobs.

People who were inactive during leisure time were almost twice as likely to have symptoms of depression.
