Technology Makes Insomnia Worse

Adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Reduce this by even a few hours, and it can drastically affect your everyday life. Fatigue causes 100,000 traffic accidents every year, andsleep deprivation can even lead to memory loss and hallucinations.

Technology has made the problem of insomnia worse, according to experts.  The cure is often not sleep aides, but powering down after dark.
