Better bet might be to pressure cook the carrots where the nutrients remain sealed and pressurised within the vegetable. There are numerous pressure cookers displayed on online websites. I would suggest a small and simple stainless steel, (not toxic aluminum), NON-digital electric/electronic, 3-4 quart (or maybe larger) stove top model by, say, Presto. We had a past forum member here that said he used a 3 quart pressure cooker to soft-boil his breakfast eggs very quickly within ~3 minutes. www.qvc.com/Presto-4-qt-Stainless-Steel-Pressure-Cooker-.product.K121234.html

For some it seemed to go on forever. I am so thankful, I never went through any of it. Menopause, for me, lasted 3 years with just a progressive decrease in menstruation each year and then it stopped. I was 56 years old when I was finished. I chalk it up to genetics, better diet than most, and higher levels of Testosterone than most women.

I always felt like there was a tight ball in my stomach. I did some research and found that it could be fatigued adrenals. I started taking an adrenal support product. It has a small amount of adrenal in it, but also several nutrients that nourish them.
