&lt;p&gt; I think people are getting a bit nutty about some of this. &amp;nbsp;Now, it may be different if you are changing children&amp;#39;s or adult diapers, but I assume that most people doing that are smart enough to practice good hygiene. &amp;nbsp;It would seem unnatural not to.&lt;/p&gt;
