The article should name the legislator(s) who wrote and introduced the bill, and it should identify the special interest group(s) that's behind the bill. It leaves us suspecting that Bill and Melinda are the hidden perpetrators. There needs to be a bill to tax away the Gates's fortune in order to prevent them from using it to destroy our freedom. They are fascists.

I read the source article and in the comments section someone posted this.

HB6666 looks dead in the water for now; however, contact tracing provision was discretely moved to HB6800, The Heroes Act. It was quietly passed by the House and is now in the Senate. It also appears there are other questionable bills in the works.

Who (not WHO) drafted this bill? Antibody testing is known to be fairly inaccurate, antibodies wear off in less than 3 months. Who will profit from all this activity? or is this intended as a substitute for last century's WPA projects.

Well..now we know one source for things conspiratorial. Apparently, as a medical site, we’ve gone from helping the public stay week, fight disease and get well when ill, to pontificating on government, on technology, and all manner of unproven and speculative theories and crazy notions. As a medical site, how about accurate and safe information to help us fight this pandemic, versus speculation on “government overreach”. Given this country has the highest level of outbreak, number of deaths and the disease seems to move on unabated due to idiotic and non-science based advice/comment, one would think, a notion of common good, would be present in comments. Rather it is all freedom of individuals. Freedom to do whatever/or not in the case of masks, freedom to infect at-will, cause death, destroy the economy. And, drive fear of some kind of ridiculous government takeover and tyranny without a shred again, of evidence. Freedom, doesn’t mean free to do whatever I wish. Speeding , without a seatbelt, while intoxicated while firing a gun randomly out the window, may be fun, but, it’s not legal. It, along with many other laws and policies are put in place for something called the “common good”. Apparently that notion, and the notion to be helpful are not part of this publication’s underlying reason to be.

Is it a coincidence that this bill is numbered 666? Is that blatant in-your-face arrogance? I do not find much value in testing the average symptomless individual with tests such as they are. Although testing may have value in monitoring treatment. There is not even enough knowledge of experience to interpret results. Even if testing goes so far as to check for antibodies--and if this indicates immunity, no one knows how long this immunity lasts. The odds are that this pandemic will burn itself out. There is a slight chance it will become more virulent. But that is not the odds. The greater risk is more virulent future pandemics due to man not living in harmony with nature.

For millenia, people have evacuated the big cities (or at least sent their children to the countryside) during pandemics. I am starting to think that isolation may not be a significant factor in controlling the spread. It may be only one part of the solution. We should not overlook what rural areas provided that affected the terrain of the human biome. A sense of normalcy and release of stress, avoiding the pollution of the cities--esp. water and air (=>respiratory infections), wholesome food instead of dainty sweets and other vices, fresh air-sunshine-ventilation instead of dark damp living quarters, physical exercise instead of sedentary activities.

All these would have supported immunity, whereas, life in the cities would have been contrary to health. Bathing was not common in earlier times, but in large cities, it was often avoided due to the polluted water supply. People would rub dry cloths over their skin to remove oils and powder their hair when it became oily. For the country people, even an occasional dip in a stream or trip to the seashore was better than nothing. There was at least the weekly Saturday evening bath before church on Sunday.How we live has much to do with how well we live.
