Regarding testing of existing and available compounds, I don't hear of any testing of naturally derived compounds, like flavonoids and Physalin B, yet here is another study that indicates that they are twice as powerful at defending ACE2 receptors from coronavirus than hydroxychloroquine. Basically, it says the binding energy (kcal/mol) for some of these flavonoids are over double that of chloroquine, which means they are much more attracted to the ACE2 receptors of the epithelial cells in the lungs based on their molecular shape and composition than chloroquine. Therefore, they will prevent coronavirus from accessing that receptor, thereby preventing infection. They specify a new flavonoid "linebacker" I haven't heard of before:

So if flavonoids are such powerful ACE2 receptor blockers, why haven't we heard of testing with them? What gets tested is so political, based on recommendations by the president and personal relationships between executives no doubt, some posssibly involving exchange of money. There is no big money in natural products, which are already currently available as supplement capsules. A responsible media and public health organization would encourage everybody to take some flavonoid supplement along with their Vitamin D.

Insofar as Bill Gates' COVI-PASS immunity certificates, those are based solely on the presence of antibodies, which are part of the adaptive immune system. However, the above role of flavonoids operates in the innate immune system. And there is a third layer inbetween involving T-cells. So people with good innate immune systems--those who seem to never get ill from the cold or flu, probably would not get ill from any coronavirus either. They should be allowed the same freedoms as COVI-PASS, and it is totally unnecessary for these people to get a flu shot or a COVID-19 vaccine.
