In response about them suing....think about this....another reason for this plandemic is to reduce the level of education of our kids, who are obviously not going to be learning at the rate they were b4 covid. And that means K-college level. Point is they want us all stupid too. Stupid, Weak, and Compliant. Then we will be model citizens! There will be no more shark lawyers to come to the rescue, to back us up, to help fight for our rights. Perfect!

Consumer Reports has a good article (subscription only), "How 'Free' Coronavirus Testing Has Become the New Surprise Medical Bill", which shows that consequent medical bills can be in the thousands. According to the law, COVID-19 testing is supposed to be free, except in some cases. For example, workplace screening, required by an employer to permit an employee to go back to work, isn't covered. There is an interesting category called "surveillance testing," which is being used (probably by health departments) to determine the prevalence of COVID-19 in selected areas, which isn't covered by insurers. Treatment resulting from a positive test result isn't covered, either. It says to contact your provider first to see if everything is covered. The article warns that people seeking COVID-19 testing are being targeted by online and telephone scammers, but, as always, CR avoids describing the plandemic perpetrators as scammers.

Linscott wasn't required to take a COVID-19 test; instead, she was duped by the media into asking for the test. Influenced by media propaganda, she made a personal choice to do what she thought was the right thing. And the COVID-19 test that got her in trouble with the law doesn't have FDA approval.

They do have constitutional rights. They should get a lawyer and sue the health department and state.

They just didn't want to be controlled, but would have quarantined on their own to protect their family. People take tests assuming it is the thing to do not realizing the consequences. Yes..it could be false positive since she had no symptoms.
