This is the genius governor that forced nursing homes to take Covid patients. This caused many predictable deaths he should be held responsible for. Are they stopping food deliveries? Maybe he believes food is made in the back of the store.

You have got to be kidding me. Arrested just for showing up to NYC! Ill or not, in fact even if you are well, hide out and monitor for illness symptoms that don't even exist in the well person! This is a fourth amendment violation if I ever heard of one. Where is the probable cause in arresting the well people just because they showed up somewhere? This seems like a clampdown on freedom of movement. The over reaches have gone insane. If you don't obey, you will be fined hugely, this is like having a gun to one's head. Wow.

It's actually criminal, coercion, extortion, tyranny. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable search and seizure, shall not be violated; and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause ,supported by oath or affirmation, particularly describing the person , place or things to be seized." 4th amendment

"Particularly describing" means it has to be specific to someone or something, based on probable cause. Basket warrants are not warrants, on this basis. And wherever they lack in probable cause, warrants can not be said to be valid warrants, but simply are manuscript fakes. Call it out. If we don't, we are doomed. We still have the mechanism of the original constitution in place, and we can invoke it, said an ACLU attorney at a meeting I attended. I believe that it is because we don't invoke the law, that the powers that be are running over us roughshod. They also respect people who know the law, I believe. This law or ordinance or order, is unconstitutional, will block the free flow of cultural exchange and thought, will hold down the NYC and other economies, stops family and friendship life, induces loneliness, impoverishment, and grants police excessive tyrannical powers that the Constitution forbids, very specifically.
