I don&amp;#39;t believe it, and I will tell you why. The ACLU wrote years ago, that surveillance cameras on top of lampposts, are capable of scanning your irises in your eyeballs, at freeway speeds. They also said that if a passenger in a car had an open book, the technology could scan and read it even at freeway speeds. I believe the Dept of Homeland InSecurity knows this, and is misleading the public with their statement. It may be true that police enforcement has more of a challenge when people are masked.&lt;/p&gt;
