Way too much overreaction everywhere. When we look at numbers of false covid cases based on testing. We see that most are not even sick though they tested positive. Fitness gyms, like my own for instance, got excited with all the worry and then trying to disinfect all their equipment decided they can't do it and closed completely. Worried about the cost of all this extra work to keep everyone safe killed it for them. Wow, how easy people are to propaganda and fear mongering. It has really shown for Covid-19 and rewarded those wanting to force culture change. Guess what, it's working!

Wearing a mask increases carbon dioxide and decreases oxygen. There is no way that this is healthy. People have trouble talking while wearing a mask much less exercising. . Exercise is very helpful in fighting this virus. It increases immunity, improves mental health and provides some social activity. Do you own research.

When I worked in sports media, before the lock down, I saw some NBA athletes wearing training masks while working out on treadmills. Exercise face masks are included in the NBC blog (below), although I don't recognize any of these as being the ones that I saw the pros wearing. www.nbcnews.com/.../best-face-masks-exercise-working-out-n1233704

Gyms became their own enemies by demanding mask wearing. I know some areas had no choice. I went from being able to do a cardio workout 1 - 2 hours to only 20 minutes wearing a mask. I can get the same benefit from walking. running, hiking, cycling outside. Add that my gym stopped demanding customers wear masks for two days and I was forced to keep that month and the following month because of their membership cancelling policy. The only reason I continued was because they lifted the mask requirement. So, my trust with the gyms is gone forever along with the 3 years of progress I made going there. I won't ever go back. A non-gym related membership note - same for Costco. Mask wearers complain that they have gone easy on non-mask wearers and will lose their membership. Well, I let mine lapse when it went Nazi on non-mask wearers. I am not paying to shop in a store that once forced ME, a non-mask wearer (except at work, sadly). Stores are losing US as well. I believe we're just a little quieter about it. I don't complain, nor do I attack like mask-wearers are accusing us of. I just never return. I am older and still don't see this as the threat the so-called experts claim it is. I have found smaller local places to shop and have my own garden. I fear our freedom will be lost if so many continue to comply. Anyway, that is my vent --- some on topic, some off.
