We did not skip it, Melbourne was in lockdown, naming all the flu cases CORONA, the flu cases disappeared. I left Melbourne, I am in Darwin, tropical, no Winter, everything is normal here, schools, shops, restaurants, public transport, no muzzles and no cases or deaths. Too hot for any virus here specially when there is not one. The virus is the last thing on their mind, here the problem is the suicides. This is the real enemy, not the fear created by a flu.

In Australia we have just had winter and no flu deaths when normally each year it ranges from 1,500 to 3000. As on writing there is to be believed 824 Covert 19 deaths.

Question to be asked, 'how come in previous years wasn't the country locked down'.

Exactly my thoughts isabellajoy; when you have a Covid PCR test that's running at between 50 and 80% false positives, and a Covid case is "confirmed"via a positive test and "Covid like" symptoms it;s obvious to me that flu cases are being diagnosed incorrectly as Covid cases. Exactly the same happened in the USA when the flu season suddenly disappeared with cases going to almost nothing "coincidentally" just at the same time as Covid arrived there.

I had the flu in february and it took me 3 weeks to get over. then the lock down. which duh you stay away from people during sick time. no one else got it. Not that mask work or the governorment shut down works either. common sense says ride it out stay away from people oh, yes wash your hands! and im 50 , im fine. so my understanding of all this governorment shut down is not logic at all. yes i know its a control thing.
