At least doing so opens eyes to the fact avoiding fluoride isn&#39;t an option for those who shouldn&#39;t be included, regardless of the rest.. Under any circumstances, it doesn&#39;t make sense to dose everyone with the same amount of most anything. Anyone should reasonably understand using the public water supply to deliver medication, or so called, is a no no.</p>
