Washington DC is a governing joke. We may as well make them a state just to get them off the federal payroll. Huge amounts of fraud, waste, and in this case, irresponsible abuse. 11 year olds... can't even go to a PG-13 movie... and they will be allowed to get peer-pressured into highly risky vaccination. This is immoral.

First of all, an 11-year old cannot enter into a contract. When I was young, children of this age might be left home with a slightly older sibling to manage an entire farm when parents had to be away. It was a time when children were raised to work and handle responsibility. In most cities, a child's responsibilities consist of nothing more than taking out the garbage, mowing the lawn and walking the dog, if that much. Children of that age are too young to babysit. I think there have been some legal cases charging parents with neglect if they left children of about that age home alone. This also overlooks a parent having complete knowledge of a child's medical condition where a vaccine might be contraindicated. Then, too, what if there is a delayed vaccine reaction and the parent has no idea what is happening to the child?

How can an 11 year old consent to anything? This is totally ridiculous and the Washington DC city of council needs to be bombarded with phone calls and messages by every parent. The mayor also needs to be contacted. Can anybody get the numbers and emails to contact these sick entities?

W-H-A-T THE HELL!!! Children of eleven neurologically don't have the brain structure to make critical, life altering decisions so....are we going to treat them as fully functioning adults and let them drink, drive and vote.

I often think it can't get more bizarre.....and then it does.

Clearly, another insane move on the part of Congress in service to Pharma.
