Looking at the list, 5 &amp;amp; 6 off. &amp;nbsp;Re animal products, the Greek population eats a ton. Just listened to a talk from a woman on Ikaria, eating mostly animal based with greens and seasonal fruit. Same with Okinawa population, they ate a lot of pork historically. I think we would find whatever the diet, they were not eating industrially processed foods. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Also, I suspect limited alcohol use is a proxy for a healthy social life, not a health food. Was the majority of alcohol consumed alone or with friends? &amp;nbsp;Finally, the Loma Linda population reflecting a concentrated group of healthy users. In European countries, Adventists don’t show an advantage. &amp;nbsp;Despite some flaws, I think we can learn from the populations.&lt;/p&gt;
