In the US we have the PREP Act that protects EUA theraputics, vaccines and those who administer them from liability. If a product has no liability than is is unconscionable that such a product be mandated. People need to wake up.

I guess that most people don't even know this. Otherwise how could anyone agree to get vaccinated? Would they buy a car from Ford if they knew the company is not liable for mechanical faults that may cause the driver injury or even death?

The vaccine will arrive at stations as vial to be drawn up manually and mixed with saline, reconstituted vaccine procedures will be followed. This rules out recruiting some noob with no medical background as very dangerous.

One bubble causing a heart or brain embolism is fatal. Not using all the diluent supplied from the vial will render the mixture unstable. Leaving the mixing needle in the diluent vial will cause contamination.

Errors in reconstituting vaccines are fatal.

Furthermore:

Is the sarscov vaccine a freeze dried vaccine similar to “Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib)” vaccine? In that the reconstituting procedures are quite specific:

“8. Roll the vial between your fingers to mix the contents until all of the vaccine powder has dissolved. If necessary, note the date and time the vial was mixed.”

That’s quite some training for a noob surely.

My guess: Pfizer stock is owned mostly be republicans. Thus, Pfizer and their republican owners are just trying to thin the herd - with impunity. Think about it.

Why does the government give the vaccine companies legal immunity? If vaccine companies can get legal immunity from vaccine injuries, then I should have legal immunity to poor driving.

complete absence of any liability - bet Merck is kicking their own asses for not thinking of that earlier - would have made the whole voixx thing so much easier on their bottom line.
