will the blood plasma have antibodies to covid? Will this protect against future infection and work as a vaccine too or does it just help the one that is occurring at the time of the transfusion?

I think blood transfusions of any sort should be a last resort since so many evil microbes can be spread that way.

I believe that I don't need to produce antibodies against pathogens because my innate immune system is so effective that my adaptive immune system doesn't have much if anything to do. I haven't had a cold nor flu for over three decades. I believe there is more to be explored beyond plasma as there is more in my whole blood that can be the key to ending disease likely of multiple diseases of all sorts. I believe health science can be advanced by orders of magnitude by studying me instead of studying disease. I believe that studying disease can become a moot point once it is gone. I believe that my blood holds secrets of solving all sorts of health problems (short version, this time) based on a long list of reasons from amazing experiences in my life and learning of my genetics and ancestry. As a universal doner blood type, a very low risk transfusion should be explored at least for those who have nothing to lose. Let's find out if terminal cancer changes to spontaneous remission. Let's find out if a disease or an infection can be simply made to go away. It would be a simple experiment with results being it either works or does no harm. I expect those expected to just have days to live would be able to get up and walk out of a hospital and continue with life. I believe our Creator designed our immune system to work well without needing man-made pharmaceuticals that have never existed in nature. I want to contribute to health science for people to be healthier and free of disease. Then the research focus can switch to why that works.
